新生活運動系列 全家去運動!!
We really thank God for He has prepared some brothers and sisters that we can go to exercise together, that way we can encourage each other.
Today we went to a recreation center located in 158th Ave, close to Fred Meyer and Costco. They have all sorts of facilities available for people living in the community.
Our goal is the same but the way to achieve our goal is different, Tina does not like to swim but Eric does, so we split. Tina and two kids went for “fast walking” on an indoor track, she stated that she enjoyed the 40 minutes fast walking and she even sweated! Two little ones were on and off since their energy level is low and their urge to get rid of FAT is not as strong as their parent so they went to watch people play badminton/volley ball while Tina on the track can still see them. On the other hand, Eric enjoyed his swimming time with some brothers from our church in the swimming pool.

Nature Park 公園遠足
今天計畫要去一個自然公園遠足
原本以為天氣會很不好的, 結果早上陰天, 飄點雨, 到了公園後, 就沒有再下雨了! 真是令人高興!
這個公園就是在樹林內做了幾條歩道,方便大家可以騎單車, 或是跑步, 像我們健行遠足也是非常合適!公園有清楚的標示 還有一些簡單的解說 可以看到Claire用心作筆記
